We can provide support for “In House” CBM programs or we can offer full Routine Machinery Assessment Surveys with detailed reporting.

At Safwatec we believe that experienced Engineers should collect routine data onsite for analysis and reporting. This allows for detailed discussions with the client on problems found before leaving site. Summary and detailed reporting on the faults found are emailed within 1-2 days for routine vibration surveys.

Safwatec always focuses on improving reliability by trying to find the root cause of the faults found. We can also provide KPI’s, cost saving reports, fault analysis via our Reliability Interface.

As well as routine surveys Safwatec offer vibration analysis troubleshooting services. This can range from a simple Induction motor to a large Gas Compressor Train offshore requiring multi channel monitoring and analysis.
